With over 10 years of experience in Los Angeles across diverse industries, including baby products, jewelry, post-production, design, and retail, I have consistently focused on enhancing customer experiences and ensuring satisfaction. Notable milestones in my career include being the 253rd employee at The Honest Company in Santa Monica, my first Customer Service Manager role at Gorjana, breaking into the male-dominated post-production industry as a Client Services Manager, and becoming a top recruiter specializing in high-level design roles. Experiencing layoffs twice in my career has given me a deep understanding of business dynamics and how to put people first, both with empathy and dignity. These experiences have shaped my confidence and effectiveness as both a manager and an employee.I am currently pursuing my MBA at Loyola Marymount University's vibrant Los Angeles campus, fulfilling my father's lifelong ambition, with unwavering support from my husband and family. My first year has been rich with connections and projects, shaping a new, in-depth business mindset. As I approach graduation in 2026, after a zig-zag career, my goal is to transition with a focus into the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry as a brand manager, where I can apply my passion for strategic business development. I am thrilled to have recently accepted a seat in the Procter & Gamble MBA Rising Leadership Program for 2024.I believe it's never too late to follow your dreams.
