Before enrolling to the university, I admired technology and bought the first PC since Iwas 10 years old and the journey had started. My passionate about the programmingand software besides Automotive control let me joined Computer Engineering andAutomatic Control department and the first job I got was in the second academic yearas Computer Technician where I fixed PC for the first time. To keep my academicperformance as usual, I decided to work for my self and starting learn someprogramming languages besides to SQL databases then I built some useful applications& databases and sold them for nominal fee and helping my colleagues to build theirprojects then I moved to a wider work field as Software Engineer in addition to PLCprogramming and Production line maintenance. I dealt too with Computer terminaloperating system as CATOS support specialist which let my understanding thecomplex databases.I have experience too in shipping containers operations, planning of container vesselsoperations, cargo shipping, terminal operating system support, communication andsupply chains. I had started as cargo shipping operations coordinator in 2014 and gaineda huge experience in dealing with import and export operations besides achievement allrequired documents like bill of lading, booking containers and contact with shippinglines, customs and port authorities in addition to tracking customers shipments andinform them about their cargo movement. My passionate about shipping and maritimelogistics promoted me to start a new job for a container terminal in 2018 as TOSsupport, then and after got my target from being TOS support by understanding ofcontainer terminal system, I moved to be equipment control coordinator, that allowedme connecting container terminal system with real by dealing with CHE and theiroperations beside of monitoring the workflow and guaranty meeting the workplan. Dueto innovative as equipment control coordinator and supervisor by implementingworkplan and effective communication with team work in addition to allocation theCHE very well which contribute finishing all operations in deadline, all that pushed meto get experience in container vessel operations by building inbound & outbound plansand planning yards and vessels operations by terminal operating system besidesfocusing on vessels productivity to meet the acceptable range and contacting with seacarrier agents to serving them and their vessels with best ways
