I took CloudMart (formally known as PandaMart) from an idea to a full high-scale system of three apps (User app, Admin app, and Delivery app) In summary these are the main things that I've done in this project:* Gather business requirements and discuss features with client.* Manage and Direct app UI and UX design.* Lead team of developers (my team) to build the first MVP version.* Created code to migrate client database of 4000 products.* Take over app development and scale up to more than 15 features,7000 products, 20k downloads and 100 users per day. * Create a delivery companion app.* Upload app to AppStore and GooglePlay. * Maintain the app and add bug fixes/ new features.
