Vendor Ratings.• Ensuring services under the scope of Purchase dept. are delivered as per SOP and focused at satisfying internal customers.

• Procurement – Execution of Purchase Orders, Material follow-up / procurement to ensure the steady flow of material for production, with minimum inventory.• Vendor Development - Supplier Evaluation, Quality approval for new vendor’s products. Co-ordination on technical matters with vendors and colleagues to ensure quality standards. • Inspection of Incoming Material like sheet metal pressed parts, plastic mouldings, die-cast & machined parts, springs, rivets, electrical parts like resistors, PCBs, capacitors, …etc; as per quality plans and drawings. • Establishment, Implementation & maintenance of Quality system throughout the organisation. (T.Q.M. & T.P.M. , 5S, ROHS) • Member of Product Development Committee- Monthly Review / meetings on Quality, new product developments.
