The building was designed for autonomous complete evacuation if not intervened by the fire service. This work depicted by far the best automatic evacuation model without having to depend on manual activation. Simultaneous lift evacuation along with stairs turned out to be the most effective means of evacuation for complete building evacuation.. We all know that evacuation is the most challenging when it comes to designing super tall buildings. Here in this design evacuation was designed such that the procedure of evacuation would work autonomously without the intervention of Fire Brigade.At the same time control can be taken by the Fire Service. Evacuation was a major achievement for this project, Elvac was used for lift simulation. This work was presented at the 9th SFPE conference held in Hongkong where the designs from the other countries were also presented. This design received very good recognition leading NZ ahead of other countries clearly.
