1. Responsible for all work related Company Account, Billing/Collection & Stock Entry. 2. Bank reconciliation/cash & cheque deposit in bank.3. Daily Check inward, outward & delivery register. 4. To check vendor invoices as per purchase orders and release payment for vendors.5. Looking after all Inventory Related Activities in Pune.6. Auditing of all the processes at Stores & Warehouse.7. Keeping a track of Shortages & damages in Stores & Warehouse.8. Monthly MIS with necessary data sent to the Corporate Inventory.9. Handling of Insurance claims for damaged goods & scrap disposal for permanent Damages.
