Spearheading Supply chain Functions for 2 plants at different locations which involves Purchase, prod. Planning, Stores, WH Management, Imports-Export Management, contracts, Project Planning, CAPEX Documentations, CAPEX Procurement Planning & execution.

I was heading Materials, with Key Role in Purchase with Store and Warehouse Management.

I was heading Materials & Commercial functions such as Purchase, Stores and Ware House, Prod. Planning, scrap disposals, in-house projects, HR & Admin, MIS and Cost Analysis.

Worked intensively in vendor development for the new set up of factory.
