• More than 13 years of experience in planning & installation of various equipment & systems and execution of various projects [Submarine Hulls, Pressure Vessels, Steam Generators, Cranes, Hydraulic & Electric Screw Presses, Pneumatic Conveying Systems, Bag Filters, Surface Grinding Machines, Band Saw Machine, Mixer Machines, Cold Rooms, Weighbridges, Locomotive, Compressors, Crushing & Conveying Equipment, Plant Shed etc.]• Exposure to managing of projects from Conceptualization to Commissioning which includes Estimation, Management Approvals, Technical Comparisons, Vendor Selection, Ordering, Material tracking, Reservation & Reconciliation, Installation, and Commissioning• Evaluation of technical requirements and floating enquiries to Vendors for necessary equipment & systems, followed by technical comparison of specifications to select suitable vendor and place PO• Formulating budgets, analyzing variances between projected & actual costs, and implementing corrective actions• Tracking of materials / equipment from the date PO is placed till the same is received at the stores• Stocking out of material from the stores through reservation and installation at respective project sites• Reconciliation of steel and other consumables• Planning & optimization of resources (material & manpower) and their booking while monitoring the job progress and actual expenses with respect to approved budget• Developing alternate vendor base to achieve cost reduction• Planning & execution of erection activities at sites and coordinating with the suppliers for commissioning of equipment / systems
