- Having over 9.5 years of experience in Automotive industry.- Responsible for complete development process at supplier end for sample, pilot, Handover & SOP as per APQP Process. - Responsible for Technical feasibility from drawing data & provide technical expertise. -Implement the customer specific requirement checklist / guidelines at supplier end during Development to ensure First Time Right & On Time Delivery for development parts. -Analyzing RFQ along with stated costing norm & interact with the category team for quotation approval received from the supplier.-Interaction with Program Team, Engineering Team for understanding new awarded business and feasibility review. - Lead problem solving team for timely resolution of Customer Quality issue through in depth analysis (using 8D & 7 qc tool ) of root cause get corrective & preventive action from production team and supplier , verify effectiveness of action in avoiding reoccurrence issue.- Communicate with Engineering Dept. & Vendors regularly to address any concerns and Foster an environment that facilitate continual improvement in working relation.- Conduct Supplier meet for discussion and resolution on critical quality issue.- Monitor Corrective action against 8D.- To validate , verify and approve the processes involved in New product Development
