Responsible for developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures. Establish a historical reference for the office by outlining procedures for protection, retention, record disposal, retrieval, and staff transfers.-HR Policy and Management: Responsible for developing and implementing policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office. -Training: Assign and monitor clerical, administrative, and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff. Responsible for recruiting staff for the office and providing orientation and training to new employees. Organise orientation and training of new staff members. -Procurement: Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and contractors, ensuring that all items are complied. Social Media Campaigns Management: Conduct special campaigns to drive sales / create leads. Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities in the country. Customer Loyalty: Develop effective alternative marketing strategies, innovative and actionable product usage plans and campaigns which align with management directions and are beneficial to bank’s retail banking business growth. Corporate Social Responsibility: Execute CSR programs and coordinate with internal/external parties to ensure smooth implementation of brand activation and product initiatives. Monitor campaign progress, effectiveness and conduct post- evaluation for future improvements.Product Development: Work across multiple functions providing support, leadership and subject matter expertise to sales, marketing, finance, technology, legal, operations and compliance to accomplish product development objectives.
