 Managing the recruitment process for Ites,IT and Online marketing for Pan India Location . Regular interaction with stakeholders to understand the resource requirements. Mentor recruiters and help them in understanding the requirements and identifying the right sourcing channels.  Allocation of sourcing requirements among the appropriate Channels (Consultants, Direct Source, Employee Referrals, Walk-Ins) with the objective of reducing the cost per hire.  Hire the required resources within requisite timelines and defined quality metrics Plan & Organize employee referral programs. Preparing and managing recruitment MIS to be presented to Senior Management for reviews. Induction and orientation of new joinees. Accountable for all Band 4/ Band 5 Level recruitment i.e. all recruitment from Team Leader level and above  Involved in New Joining Formalities, Induction, Documentation, updating the DATABASE.  Handling all other general activities of HR such as-Issuing offer letter & Appointment Letters.  Attrition Management and Retention Strategies Working with the business functions to provide support on the interpretation and best use of employee engagement survey Assisting in developing and detailing HR policies and processes i.e identifying areas where policy needs  Planned and organized campus drives for resource hiring.

 Managing the recruitment portfolio for various positions(IT,ITES,BPO,KPO,Manufacturing,BFS) and ensuring timely cost effective recruitment.  Sourcing the right kind of profiles through internal database, job portals advertisement and head hunting as per job specifications given by the client . Scanning the profiles of candidates, communicating with the client and matching the profiles as per the client requirement in order to make the exact fit& interviewing the candidates. Personal interaction with the candidates for the evaluation on psychometric areas like communication attitude and briefing about the organizations requirement and negotiating on pay package etc. Arranging & coordinating interviews schedules through mails and phone calls Bulk mailing the candidates to generate quick response. Creating the report on weekly and monthly basis. Good interactions with client processing, meeting the client for receiving requirement and closing their requirement on priority basis, getting new requirement and appreciations.  Involved in end to end recruitment process from sourcing till short listing and closing the open positions. Following up the prospective candidates until they complete all round of interview rounds. Gathering the feedback from the Hr.
