• Ensuring the tactical plans in all business functions are aligned and in support of the company strategy and the business plans and goals• Single Environment for optimally synchronizing Demand, Inventory, and Supply plans while considering costs, revenue and profit objectives of organization• Handling Technical Due Diligence (TDD) for new projects before signing a project to mitigate business risks – Project TDD action plan & tracking against the timeline, highlighting risks well in advance• Collaborating JVP/land owner and his stakeholders to mitigate business risks • Tracking of competitor activities• AOP (Annual Operating Plan) preparation & monitoring budget, expenses• Prepare ad-hoc data and reports for management as required• Asset management and P&L Head for 1350 Cr in Pune (3 projects)• Complete current state analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation• Project Review meetings with cross functional team (CFT) on weekly basis, circulating minutes of meeting t t and tracking the progress • All MIS & CBE (current base estimate) data on time • Monitoring, tracking & increasing cash flow accuracy – Coordination with depts & ensure accurate cash flow projections. Tracking actuals with finance & identifying loop holes• Act as a liaison between business and systems during analysis, development• Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner• Review of Planning activities happen at a Higher Level on a monthly and yearly basis• Ensure data collection capability in relevant systems and business processes • Define and document business and functional requirements for projects
