 Monitor and revise foreign currencies buying and selling rates in the system as per market.  Checking tellers till balance and tally cash balances with respective reports. Also in-charge of handling the safe vault, keys and other security items . Approve transaction after verifying the cash and details of the transactions. Also assist the branch manager in achieving the set targets and maximizing the branch revenue. Also cover all foreign currencies profitably and avoid unnecessary exposure of currencies. Ensure that the branch adheres to AML AND KYC norms for all transactions. Assist the branch manager in preparing staffs shift duties for smooth operations of the branch. Send appropriate MIS report to the management on a daily basis. Attend immediately to customer complaints and solve them instantly. Obtain appropriate approvals from the superiors on all payments and expenses. Organize branch meetings and discuss on improving business. Arrange to deposit funds to the bank for funding. Conducting promotional activities to ensure the visibility of the current business Innovating new marketing and promotional ideas to promote the business overall Every day during closing time always check cashier report and preparing reports and tally the transactions and foreign currencies  Process cash transactions in both local and foreign currencies and ensure that cash is tallied at the end of the day Act as a custodian of cash safe in the vault Achieve set targets in terms of service standards for customer transactions

 Handling bank transfer of all kinds and Multi-currency Counter Remittance Activities involving sending and receiving of fund transfers (from) across the globe.  Bank-to-Bank transfer to all countries. Telex transfer/Electronic transfers/Swift Transfers/ IBAN Transfers. Cash Advance, Non-Cash Payments, Check payments and Demand Drafts. Point-of-Sale Transactions, cash advance against credit/debit cards. Also assisting the branch manager in making the reports on daily basis and giving feedback to each staffs as per their monthly performance reports. Submitting daily activity reports pertaining to money exchange and money transfers for reporting to the Head Office
