Design & Development of new and existing equipment’s drawings for steel plant and process lines.Making 2D & 3D drawings, 3D modeling, assembling, detailing, drafting and annotation of all partusing AutoCAD, Inventor and CREO.Design and Calculation various types of rolls and shafts used in equipment's.Preparation and modification of general layout and foundation.Applying basic engineering principles and do necessary calculations for selection of A.C motors, Gear box, Hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders as per need.Knowledge of mechanical engineering design criteria, manufacturing process and GD&T.Checking of Drawings and BOM.Creation of BOM using SAP for release of drawings for production.Coordinating with on site engineer and giving solution to the problem arising on site.

Checking drawings for manufacturing. Working within a team with planned schedule of the project.•Preparation right-level-of-detail 3D CAD models/manufacturing drawings for Special Purpose Machines of multi domain industrial equipments. •Creation of BOM using ERP for release of drawings for production.•Modifications of delivered project drawings on As Built basis.
