Recruitment:Around 2 years of experience in handling end to end recruitment• Handling the Senior and Middle management Level recruitment.• Identifying Vacancies• Understanding client requirement then sourcing the right talent as per the requirement and handling all the activities in the process of talent acquisition.• Understanding the client's manpower requirement.• Holds strong technical background and good understanding on recruitment process.

Recruitment:• Identifying vacancies • Meeting with client to better under our client requirements • Searching for the right candidate campaign through our own database, referrals, partnering companies • Analyzing candidate resumes with client requirement • Short listing the candidate resumes • Screening for the right candidate based on client's specific requirement and job competencies • Shortlisted candidates will go through set of interviews • Based on the candidate performance, candidate will be offered placement • Ensuring the candidate joining the client as per offer
