ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Implementation, Maintenance and Control of Project Quality Plan. Ensuring that all Quality requirements are completed and recorded as per Project Specifications. Carry out inspection as per approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Project Specification and approved method statement.  Verification of Materials/Performing Material Inspections/Raising MIR’s for Pipes, fittings, Heat Shrink Sleeves, Casing Isolators, End seals, Small bore pipes. Witness inspection of incoming (store) and outgoing materials, Valve & instruments and equipments for the project, welding consumables. Monitoring calibration status of Inspection, measuring and test equipments.  Prepare Welding Procedure Specifications and Conduct Procedure Qualification Tests, Welder Qualification Tests and Mechanical testing of test specimens. Monitoring & Control of welding activities as per approved WPS. Conducting Fit up, Welding, Painting & Coating Inspections with TPI & Client. Preparation of weld history or weld summary sheet & DWR’s. Controlling welding/painting repairs by taking corrective action. Witness and preparation of request for NDE (PT, MPI, UT, RT& HT etc) activities. RT- film Interpretation. Issue and Close out of NCR’s. Coordinating all Inspections with Clients and TPI Preparation of all inspection & test reports and work completion report. Preparing and Maintaining Inspection Requests for all the construction activities. Preparation of pre-commissioning test packages. Conducting Line-walk inspections /Creating & closing out Punch lists. Conducting and monitoring Pneumatic tests/Air blowing/Drying/Nitrogen filling and Nitrogen preservation activities (Jet Fuel Pre- Commissioning activities). Prepare Project handing over documents like Close out Dossier, Test packages, O &M Manuals, Spare parts lists, Warranty Certificates. etc,..

Scope of work: Transportation lines of raw materials(Base Oils) from Jetty Area to Plant and transportation lines of process fluids(Naphtha, Field Condensate etc) back from Plant to Jetty area along with Utility and Cooling system piping in Berth Area.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerforming line check on behalf of contractor, preparing punch list and its clearance. Witnessing hydro/pneumatic tests. Test Package Preparation and review. Inspecting fit up and welding and its report preparation as per ITP and Project Specification.. Verification of pipe support as per requirement. Verification of Iso drawing and P & ID. Coordinating NDT ( RT,PT,MPT,PMI)of the welding and its documentation.
