Hyperion Infrastructure Admin, • Deployment and support of Oracle EPM system version 11.1.2.1 and 11.1.2.2 for their Test and Production Environments.• Involved in collection information from the Account team for their requirement and information gathering for Hyperion Implementation• Installation and configuration of Hyperion products – Foundation Services, HFM, FDM, DRM, Essbase, Planning, Financial Reporting, FCM, ARM, SOA• Installation and configuration are on the windows 2008 R2 64 bit environment• Troubleshooting of issues after the installation and configuration• Providing application support coverage• Proactive Daily Health checkup for the Production environment, ensuring the system is up and available for Business• Involved in EPM System Upgrade from 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.2 for Development environment• Application and security migration from one environment to another.• FCM deploy to SOA, ARM deploy to ERPI, FCM Integration types, tasks, schedules importing• External authentication configuration on Foundation as well as Weblogic• Providing security access to end users as per their role requirements and troubleshooting any access issues.• Providing knowledge transfer to the new joinees and moulding them to the support role.• Created the KEDB knowledge base for the team on the Issues handled for future reference.• Have been playing the role of Quality Lead - SQA for the team. Scope includes :Maintaining the project documentation as per the audit norms, making sure all the documents are updated and valid, • Taking part in the Internal and External audits such as the BSi Re-certification audit for ISO 27001 (Information Security) and BS25999 (Business Continuity) • Conducting monthly internal audit for the team. • Publishing monthly report to the Management on the previous month metrics
