BTL Activation - At Muthoot Fincorp BTL activation is mainly for increasing the branch walk-ins. For the same we will formulate modules basis the theme the company / industry talks about . The campaign will be downloaded to the regional team members and the same will be executed through them. Periodic analysis on the success rate of the campaign basis the reports will be done and the same will be sent to regional team for taking necessary actions to make the campaign more effective. In the profile I am taking care of the ideation, budgeting, Pre and Post analysis part of the campaign.Online Activation: The core focus is on website management, which include SEO for increasing the page ranking, SEM for lead generation, Social Media Campaigns for brand building. In the role I am taking care of the media plans, creatives, impact analysis and optimisation process. In the role I am dealing with the top line digital agencies in India. The pre and post analysis of the success rate of the campaign is measured by ensuring the projected CTR is achieved by the agency during the campaign period. We normally do CPC campaigns to promote new offers, CPV campaigns to promote our videos, CPL campaigns for lead generation. I am also playing a major role in planning and execution of Corporate events for the group. In the role I have organised Annual Sales Meets and other events for the group several times. During the tenure I am offered with splendid opportunities to organise events where eminent celebrities like Shivamani, Kapil Dev, Sachin Tendulkar and others were present.

Coordinating the events in real estate sectors across location in India and abroad. ATL activations: Managing the outdoor and advertisement related activities of the company. Coordinating with media agency on the creatives and releases of the company to various media. Online Activities: Managing the websites of the company. Managing the lead generation campaigns through various online resources.

Marketing and promotional activities on the events and exhibitions organised by the company was taken care by me which include ATL, BTL, Online and Press Relations.Whenever an event / exhibition is announced, I used to prepare and submit a pre promotion plan to the organising committee. The plan is prepared basis the levels of discussions with media agencies. If the plan is approved the same will be executed with the help of local agencies. Press Relations: Ensuring proper coverage on the event / exhibition in the main stream medias. Arranging media partners for the events and plan a promotion strategy.International Marketing of events / exhibitions: Meeting prospective clients and selling the stall / booth space basis the requirements and ensure proper visibility.

Acquisition of new clients: Meet new clients and create a good relationship and explain in details on the services offered by the bank. Convince the customer and create a confidence among the customers and make them start relation with the bank through any of the products offered.Client Relation and Servicing: Maintain a good relation with the clients of the banks acquired. Ensuring proper service is provided to them without diluting the policies of the bank. Cross selling Third party products - Cross selling TPP to the customers. Explain the customers on the benefits of the products and sell the same and achieve the monthly targets.
