As a Program Director in an Saahas focused on solid waste management, my role involves overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the organization's solid waste management program. Some of my responsibility include - proposal development, process improvement, hiring and financial planning, documentation and report generation, setting up sustainable waste management systems, project management, networking with stakeholders, drafting strategies and policies, and preparing detailed project reports. I am one among the 400 to be selected for Prime Minister’s Swach Bharath Mission of making India Open Defecation Free (ODF). I would be working as Swachh Bharat Prerak for Yadgir district in Karnataka under DC/CEO of the district. This is a joint initiative of The Tata Trusts & The Ministry of Drinking Water & Sanitation, Government of India. From Infosys I was deployed to work at customer location to support Airbus A350XWB-900 Type Certification: F&DT analysis and concession for Section 15, During this period I was working on • Fatigue and Damage Tolerance package on A350 XWB metallic parts• Experience with the range of standard hand calculation and computational methods• Identification of critical fatigue locations for a given component using stress survey• Fatigue analysis and primary/secondary damage analysis• Generation of fatigue equivalent stress and computation of AFI and RF• Knowledge on metallic stressing and stress concession• Experience in fatigue life calculation and damage tolerance Justification• Calculation of critical crack length and crack growth analysis• Validation of all IP’s and Bracket attachment for fatigue• Lug and clevis analysis check for fatigue• Provide RF mitigation if required• Residual strength analysis of primary and secondary load path features• Identification of methods for floors structure fatigue based on Airbus approved document• Static basic frame analysis• Stress Dossier preparation (Fatigue) and ACD6 preparation
