► I am an innovative and enthusiastic research professional with 9+ years of experience conducting research in the cross-functional field of drug discovery & development with collaborations to establish anti-leishmanial & anti-cancer novel therapeutics.► My work provided the mechanisms of 1) pattern recognition & action of the pathogen by the innate immune system, 2) natural defense against invading pathogens & relies on pattern recognition receptors to detect evolutionarily pathogen-associated molecular patterns and 3) drug interaction with crucial immune functions in the expression of a variety of pro-inflammatory molecules and the responsible complex signaling pathways activation for an inflammatory and antimicrobial response for the clinical translational & therapeutic applications. ► My research focuses on discovery, development and finding better treatment options to combat devastating infectious diseases & cancer biology which might be accomplished by the multi-directional approach to synthetic compounds & natural products as new anti-parasitic agents.► I develop new in-vitro biochemical or molecular target-based assays for high-throughput screening used for the disease model to investigate pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and mechanism of action of novel anti-parasitic compounds.► The focus of my study is to explore the pharmacological properties of anti-leishmanial combination therapies that are currently being evaluated and implemented as first-line therapies by the WHO.► I managed 5+ projects resulting in 20+ trained Masters, project assistant & M.Phil./Ph.D. research professionals, 3 articles, 3 invited oral at International conference & $250K grant.► I am actively looking for the new opportunities to use my skills & expertise to improve human health & prevention from the diseases.
