Reporting to Engineer Director of Component and Services division, leading a team of 3 project managers and 14 project engineers, my responsibilities include the oversight of the effective/efficient project development by keeping jobs on track and within timelines and budgeted costs. Responsible to keep all stakeholders updated about the project developments and Lead the qualification and validation of the project deliverables. Lead and participate in ESI initiative for new projects and foresee and mitigate risks during project development. For people development is managing the project team members, including apprentices, leave requirements, budgets and annual performance review etc.

Lead NPD Department to achieve set goals for the departmant in area of Design & development of new products. Make Layout & implementation of Year to Year plan for the site NPD department.Responsible for Product design, Product Development, Mold Development, Project Management. Manage vendor selection for tools and qualification and validation of tools and production process.Work on Value Analysis and Value Engineering on products and processes to provide best services to customers. Responsible for product costing analysis and tooling RFQs. Product and process design and industrialisation. Act as a technical expert for all internal and external stakeholders to provide technical solutions

Project Management, Customer communication to provide ontime project deliveries.
