Investment/Corporate banker with experience across various sectors, including Infra, Urban Infra, Social Infra and Digital Infra Sectors. Worked closely with clientele as diverse as Govt. / PSU / Private (including startups). During my career spanning more than 15years, have worked in organizations of the scale of MNCs to SMEs. This has provided me a balanced and comprehensive view of the economy and business environment. Started as an analyst with Citi and later moved to a corporate (HCC) and then worked with a leading private sector bank (Yes Bank). Currently working in a leading IB firm (SBICAPS) handling transactions across sectors.Have worked on numerous Project Financing, Structured Funding (Investments/Exits) and M&A transactions. Have also experience in working with government departments / agencies on several mandates with clarity on operations and functioning of government departments and its finances.Actively involved with the developments in these sectors as a professional (analyst, market participant and banker) over the years.
