Involved in entire Recruitment lifecycle process such as Sourcing resume from job portals like Techfetch, Dice.Com, Monster.com, Initial resume screening, interviewing, Rate Negotiation, Resume submission to the client, Interview scheduling, Feedback, Reference check, offers and closing.Source, screen, and submit Technical/ IT contract candidates to several large customers nationwideexpertise in sourcing resumes, short listing, scrutinizing the candidates, fixing interview schedules, preparing them for interviews.Good in working with 4 to 5 requirements in a day and making 2 to 3 resumes for each requirementsExperience in getting R2R (Right to Represent) document signed by the employers and the candidates before submissions.Responsible for recruiting qualified professionals interested in Corp-2-Corp/Individual Corp-2-Corp, W2 and Contract-To-Hire type employmentRecruited for all IT levels of consultants in all categories - Citizen, Green Card, TN, and H1B, OPT.Rate Negotiations with prospective candidates & vendorsHave good experience working in IT industries requirements like Business Analyst, QA Analyst, Network Engineer, Windows Administrator, Service now, Citrix Admin, php, User Interface Developer etc.Sourcing the profiles matching as per the company's requirements through available in-house database and searching on Job Portals.Responsibilities:1. Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices.2. Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management and effective use of Enterprise applicant tracking system.3. Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Director of Recruiting.4. Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Director of Recruiting and Hiring Manager as required.5. Solicit referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires.
