Lead technology architecture for Thomson Reuters News Technology, leading a global team of architects to define the target architecture for News capabilities post the merger of Thomson and Reuters; collaborated with peers and other internal leaders to drive technology vision and process improvements to realize Business goals and vision, and outlining Technology plans to sunset legacy capabilities.  Architected the platform to replace 30-year-old legacy News system with a modernized platform for seamless delivery of real-time dynamic news production, text, video, pictures, and global tools supporting 3000+ Reuters journalists across 300+ global bureau. Conceptualized and delivered technology strategy for next-generation news platform built on service-oriented architecture (SOA) to support global client growth, low latency, and performance-focused news delivery to 500,000+ professionals. Created architecture and technical roadmap for investment for improvements to news automation and speed of delivery; maximized competitiveness of low and ultra-low latency news for desktop and feed businesses, efforts that led to the company’s leadership position in key news alerts and headlines vs. competitors.  Delivered architecture and roadmap for metadata with the introduction of AI techniques and Machine learning to create rich metadata, analytics, and content.

Deliver Solution Architecture and Technology strategy supporting core programs in ANZ Markets division including: Solution architecture for ANZ Markets to consolidate the trading platforms for Capital Markets, FX, and Commodities on a central Murex platform.  Information architecture and design to develop a central data-mart for Markets for on-demand and end-of-day reporting, external to the trading platform reducing the load and enabling the ANZ trading system to be available 24x5, across the three main trading hubs - Sydney, London and New York. Architecture for One Payment Service gateway based on the ISO 20022 standard to serve Markets and ANZ business units that integrate with the Payments platform. Architecture for Hedge Compliance System to comply with IFRS - IAS39 standards. Run complex pricing models for all the derivatives using Markets rates and work out the amount to be hedge accounted. Architect and design a real time Credit Risk exposure management system for Murex Capital Markets to a vendor product Razor, replacing a non-real-time, Mainframe based solution.

Deliver Solution Architecture and Technology strategy supporting core programs in ANZ Corporate and Institutional Banking division including: Architecture for a Work flow based Personal and Private Banking system that included a CRM, Loan processing, Collateral Management and Securities Trading for ANZ Private Bank Singapore Architecture for payment gateway for Trade and Transaction Services to integrate its Trades processing system with Payments platform in Australia and New Zealand.  Delivery and Implementation of AMS - Object Tradeline (OTL), SaaS platform used as the single Trade finance system for ANZ. Architect & design interfaces from OTL to a host of ANZ front, middle and back-office systems both real-time (asynchronous) and batch based.

Designed and coded ANZ Trade finance systems, Export Letter of Credit Issuance system, Documentary credit issuance system, CHESS 3.0 for ANZ Nominees and various other Payment applications. Worked with business to provide solutions for customers’ issues.
