Currently working for GAL UAE as a level 7 aircraft engine, propeller & airframe technician.Major tasks:Supervise and lead the engine maintenance team on scheduled and unscheduled servicing, intermediate, detail &high time inspection, maintenance, repair of engine, propeller, components, and embodiment of ADs & SBs inaccordance with all applicable directives, technical data and standard operational policies.Remove/Install Power plant/Propeller assembly and its components from/to aircraft.Strip down and buildup of aircraft engine and its component and propeller assembly/disassembly.Carry out engine ground run.Engine hot section components inspection and engine & propeller controls rigging on aircraft.Perform quality control (QC7) duties.Prepare Certificate of compliance and sign component release certificate.Troubleshooting of aircraft engine system and components defects and analyze the root cause of problem and itssolution in accordance with technical data, logics and experience.Plan engine shop tasks and activities, scheduled or unscheduled, on priority requirements.Acceptance check of engine, propeller and other components after overhaul, receive in the system and dispatch tosupply through Move Order and Turn In.Complete and maintain maintenance task records, update it in ERP and AADMIS (air force & air defensemanagement and information system), update component status in ERP and AADMIS in accordance with COC.Prepare defect report of unserviceable items and send them to supply for dispatch to any approved facility for repairor overhaul.Brief customer or audit team about our engine shop maintenance capability, maintenance record and other shopactivity.Update log cards of all components, maintain tools and equipment assigned to engine shop, inspect hazmat materialand keep the shop well organized
