• As a Customer Service Responsible Executive We are responsible for maintaining contact with customers. In this role we take customer orders and follow through to delivery, which includes graphic changes, new designs and that orders are processed in compliance with the contract. The role serves as the communication link between the factory and customer and actively participates in the account management process by communicating customer needs/opportunities to account managers and factory managers.• Securing Packaging Material for our local customers.• Order management, design administration, invoicing, claim administration and logistics management for the strategic customer.• Ensuring the supply of packaging material through the coordination, planning and monitoring processes of Order Handling, Design and Claim Handling, in order to assist and serve our customers• Understanding customers' supply chain and designing Supply Chain Packaging Material account plan being member of Key Account Team• Identifying and driving 'easy-to-do-business' strategy according to customer's needs and profile: VMI, e-business, execution of all order management and design administration activities• Driving continuous improvement of Finished Goods inventory levels and taking ownership and promoting Make to Order / direct flow.• Effectively ensures that there is a mutual understanding between the plant and the Commercial team regarding any plant order commitments• Forecast & Demand planning for local customers by analyzing their sales trend & historical sales statistics.•Ensure the smoothness of overall supply chain operation.
