Spearheaded recruitment efforts for the Fall 2024 class. This role involved leading a dedicated recruitment team of three members, coordinating closely with the executive board, and managing the review and interview process for over 75 applicants. Through strategic planning and collaborative leadership, I ensured the selection of outstanding individuals who exemplify the values and mission of Order of Omega. My efforts contributed to fostering a community of leaders dedicated to excellence and Greek life.

Responsible for marketing strategies such as overseeing Instagram, Gmail, Canva, LinkedIn, and creating and running a Canvas page for over 100 members and prospective new members to stay up to date with information. Work closely with the President to assist with administrative tasks and recruitment. Actively communicate with the four Greek council Executive Boards and Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL) Staff. Encourage student leaders from underrepresented Greek councils to join Order of Omega which recognizes the top 3% of Florida State University student leaders. Represent the organization through various networking events such as banquets and involvement fairs.

Work within the Annual Giving (AG) Department which is responsible for a comprehensive solicitation strategy for annual university funds less than $30,000. Specialize in stewardship projects for the FSU Foundation's AG Department and collaborated with leadership and FSU Colleges on appeal creation and writing. Weekly sort through data with over 500 entries to oversee stewardship on ThankView and Pledgemine. Spearhead innovative appeal projects to encourage donations to various academic programs at Florida State University.

Serve as the Social Outreach Chair for the FSU Chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), have the privilege of serving and leading initiatives aimed at promoting activism for marginalized communities on our college campus. Spearhead inclusivity projects and fostering collaboration between all Greek councils and five Student Government Association (SGA) agencies. Lead and facilitate monthly awareness campaigns, events, and workshops, such as Town Halls, focusing on racial equality and social justice issues with an average of 100+ students in attendance. These initiatives engaged the student body in thought-provoking discussions and activities.

Served on the Board of Directors for the FSU Student Foundation, overseen by the FSU Foundation and Student Affairs. Was responsible for expanding Student Foundation’s presence on campus, alumni and advisors to foster a spirit of philanthropy dedicated to the advancement of the student body. Oversaw a team of seven Trustees to accomplish outreach and philanthropy goals. Contributed to 40% first-time student donor increase for the 2023 Great Give. Represented the organization at Foundation and Alumni Association events to increase engagement between Trustees and Students.Demonstrated a strong commitment to the mission and values of the FSU Student Foundation by serving on the executive committee, contributing to the organization's strategic decisions, and actively participating in regular meetings.

Worked as a marketing intern for the data solutions OU (organizational unit) with global responsibility of promoting our data solutions and software. Worked on projects such as market research, operating on Ceros, prepare promotional presentations, collecting qualitative and quantitative data from marketing campaigns, and assisting with client acquisition rebranding. Supported a skilled team of five marketing experts in daily administrative tasks. Actively participated in intern trainings and volunteered for various non-profits through Moody's TeamUp events.

Worked with Florida State University’s National Pan-Hellenic Council and Multicultural Greek Council on behalf of the Gamma Chapter of Chi Omega to create meaningful connections and to increase Chi Omega’s involvement with the two councils. Exercised strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills to accomplish set goals. Efforts were recognized through Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL) Grand Council Meetings and have made great progress within council relations with the help of the Gamma Chapter of Chi Omega.

Works as a sales associate for Fabletics Activewear to help customers find merchandise and purchase products in store. Worked with a team of associates to ensure the store was stocked with merchandise, ensuring that every customer has a satisfactory experience in the store, and performed transactions (sales, returns, exchanges) to aim to meet the store's daily quota.

Worked as a barista to perform multiple job duties such as craft world class beverages and food items, making meaningful connections with customers, and handling transactions.
