Worked with the user experience research team to transcribe focus groups and provide insights to stakeholders for the new customer facing software app. Simultaneously worked on an internship experience project with a 30-intern cohort to effectively improve the internship program by identifying pain points and implementing solutions, resulting in a more structured internship program. • (Project 1) Used Dovetail software to transcribe qualitative focus groups and 1-1 user interviews to identify themes within the transcriptions. Provided clear data analysis to stakeholders to showcase the best way to communicate with customers via the app. • Efficiently handled a fast-paced technological start-up environment to creatively strategize changes needed to the app at various stages of the development lifecycle. • (Project 2) Led 5 focus groups and 33 interviews to gather detailed qualitative data on main factors that affect intern experiences. The data collected provided insights that drove programmatic and organizational change. Measured success by sending an end-of-term intern survey, that showed improved feedback to the program, thus influencing stakeholders to recognize the importance of these critical changes and implement them for the future intern cohorts.• Successfully supported recruitment with the hire of 29 interns for the next cohort by coordinating, scheduling, and communicating logistics with candidates and sending any relevant materials such as take-home assessments. Helped 30 hiring managers by providing a critical eye on their job descriptions, interview plans, pre-screen questions that are asked during the interview stages.

Manage a 40-person student team to guide people at the health center and handle any complicated situations daily effectively and safely. Provide onsite dedicated service expertise working alongside a team on a range of client issues. Ensure employee engagement and customer satisfaction through procedural changes. • Leveraged user experience principles by interviewing 40 employees and conducting 4 Qualtrics surveys, to understand the lack of clear direction on handling occupational hazards in a health center. Designed a user manual that provided standardized guidance to address circumstances such as a breach of confidentiality, medical accidents, and liabilities. Equipped employees with practical tools and resources to navigate occupational hazards effectively, fostering a safer work environment. • Cultivated a scripted page that helps new employees to better transition into working in a healthcare environment solving a critical problem that had prevented effective onboarding. Enhanced employee competence and confidence in adherence to protocols, reduced instances of error, and heightened overall workplace satisfaction. • Branched out to various organizations and clubs on campus to incorporate a variety of majors, and diversity in our team hires. Resulted in onboarding and training 10 qualified new hires.
