-Responsible in handling all level of requirements and roles like Analyst, Software Engineer, Software Designer, Technical & Team Lead, Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, Solutions Architect,etc.-Handling and managing a small team as well as working as an Individual Contributor.-Handling Client Servicing, Client delivery for the concerned Client of our Organization.-Act as a Single point of Contact between Client and teams as an Account Manager/Recruitment Manager.-Responsible for handling the clients and completing the recruitment cycle for APAC regions.Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.-Understanding of client requirements and carrying out search utilizing internal database to identify potential candidates and use various job boards to search for new candidates.-Recruitment Drives:Organized and conducted Weekly Recruitment drives (General walk-ins & Scheduled drives) at our premises, Executed Recruitment drives.-Hands on Experience in Direct sourcing using various recruitment channels, Social Media Recruitment Linkedin,Facebook, Twitter,Groups, Communities,Google, Headhunting,Internet searches,Walk-ins, Generating leads - reference, Networking, Job Portals - Naukri,Monster, Times jobs, Career Builder, Existing Database, Internal reference.
