After completing my undergrad, I started working for a digital marketing company where I learned the basics of digital marketing. I had to leave the job as COVID hit and changed a lot of things. As a matter of fact, I found it very difficult to find relevant jobs and I had to switch industries to keep myself financially sufficient. Now as things return back to normalcy, I continue to look for opportunities and jump back into the digital marketing space. My brief time in the Customer Service Sector (read BPO) gave me exposure to working extensively with customers of various backgrounds. I was able to understand their concern and was able to provide them with meaningful resolutions. I learned that for businesses to be great, their customers should be of paramount importance to them, and meaningful resolutions always ensured meaningful customer relations.
