Deals Advisory- TS - Financial Due Diligence • Awarded "Above and beyond award team" for a buy side due diligence (FDD) and received a perfect 10 feedback from the client.• Engaged in financial due diligence of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions including restructuring projects, analysis of fund flow and leakage analysis for private equity firms and corporate firms.• Synthesized target company data into meaningful information by preparing databooks which also includes pro-forma adjustments, analysis of financial statements including Income statements, balance sheet and cash flow statement and calculation of EBITDA• Analysed key operating expenses like COGS, employee cost, finance costs, revenue trends, productions trends etc. and analysis the financial trends and accordingly consulting the client.• Involved in guiding and giving on the job training to newly joined employees in order to maintain integrity within the team. • Identifying net debt analysis adjustments and working capital adjustments basis the financial analysis and management calls with onshore team and target companies.• Report writing-covering business overviews, financial overview, selected information overview like employee cost analysis, deposits analysis etc., working capital analysis and net debt analysis.
