Having started my professional life with advertising sales, I got the opportunity to work across some challenging, but exciting, profiles and companies, and got to deal with a wide variety of stake holders. Over the years, as I moved from sales to marketing and general managerial roles, my focus increased on the behavioural aspects of work, as I grew. Whether I was managing sales, or planning media, or servicing a client, or acting as one - dealing with media and managing a brand, and further, establishing and running a modest business set up, I was always fascinated by the “people” aspect of work. And hence, the two key areas of absolute interest to me have been - Content & Communication. Alena is a step towards creating desirable content, and communicating it in an effective manner.
