• Assist in preoperational inspections of facilities and equipment prior to production start.• Complete verification activities, maintain filing of QA records, and maintain filing database as required.• Collect samples of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products as required.• Performs in-house micro testing of ingredients, products, and environmental samples and manages to assist 7 Production lines to ensure the quality of the product meets the quality standards according to technical SOPs.• Analysing scales, metal detector, temperature, humidity and calibrate each machine prior to production packaging.• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality, accuracy, sterility, and aseptic techniques.• Communicate to QA Team/ Management regarding deviations found during operation and take actions as outlined in the compliance policy. • Initiate control and or hold of products, equipment, and or materials when deviations occur.• Assist in performing various onsite GMP inspections.• Preparation and participation in all internal/third-party/ and Customer audits.• Performs other QA/QC duties as assigned.

● Manufactured medical devices on the assembly line and Processed basic mathematic skills for determining the weight of products and profound ability to operate and maintain machines.● Prepared reports using GDP, GMP & SOPs knowledge, follow-up on all communications for documentation purposes and ensure that the manufactured products meet customer satisfaction.● Analyse each batch's manufacture and packing dates and check that all safety regulations are being followed.● Develop corrective actions to remove any issues from the quality system, do assessments on all company standards, implement all quality systems on the same, and build all procedures for the organisations compliance system.● Schedule regular equipment and tool maintenance and schedule repairs when needed.● Identify and resolve problems concerning equipment and materials.
