Working as a Team Member at Tim Hortons has improved my customer service and interpersonal communication skills. It has also enhanced my teamwork and enabled me to train new employees who are recently being accepted as a Team Member at the cafe. My experience at the City View retirement community has helped me communicate better with the staff and address concerns at the workplace. Furthermore, serving elderly people has taught me to be more focused and cautious while keeping their dietary needs in mind.
