With over 17 years of experience, I have cultivated expertise in technical training, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and solution-driven initiatives for the Education & Skills Sector. Began my career in technical training and later transitioned to CSR, where I developed a strong foundation in strategic partnership management, project design, and communication strategies.I hold an MCA and am currently pursuing a M.Degree Program in Project Management, with PMP. Over the years, have led several large-scale development programs, specializing in thematic areas such as School Education, Higher Education, Student Counseling, Vocational Skills, Skilling, Teacher Training, and Capacity Building.My experience spans the design and implementation of community engagement strategies, applying qualitative impact studies, participatory need assessments, and monitoring & evaluation (M&E). Have worked on various social impact assignments for corporates, government bodies, and PSUs, across 7 states in India. My focus has always been on driving impact through education and skill development, ensuring that projects are both scalable and sustainable.
