This also includes generating intermittent reports and strong liaison with Sales Operations, Supply Chain and sales heads to ensure that stocks, packing material and dispatches are all aligned. BIC Trade Activation Program: Planned a Trade Activation Program for our brand. The purpose of the drive was conducted to increase visibility, availability and generate desirability at trade level. This basic purpose behind was to reclaim our rightful market share. The total coverage of the program reached out to four thousand plus POPs and in top ten performing towns.
