Provided on-going technical support and service.• Team Leadership with effective communication to deliver high quality service within TAT to ensure customer satisifacation.• Configuration of layer 2 and layer 3 equipment.• Responsible to resolving trouble-tickets raised by clients through phone, emails.• Training to New Trainee Engineer to make them Productive. • Ensuring Quality repairs of Main board and various networking products in the given TAT.• Discussing with the Team Members on new models to resolve their technical problems.• To generate reports on faults for analysis on the nature of faults.• Monthly spare planning by analyzing previous spare consumption &incoming materials report. • Directing to team in ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining TAT for delivering & service quality norms.

• Operation & Maintenance of Mother Board. Repairing of different Company Motherboard like Intel, MSI, Asrock, Asus.• Quick and Accurate Trouble-shooting of Computers Hardware.• Loading of all kind Operating system and another Software.• Assembling and installation of PC.
