After graduating from Ege University Textile Engineering Department in year 2001, ‘’denim’’ has become my main focus for almost 23 years since I had started my professional career. I had been working as Denim Wash Responsible as a member of H&M family since 2006 by handling all wash-related issues inc. Sourcing for New Denim Suppliers, Technical Evaluation Of Current Denim Suppliers, Giving Wash Consultancy to All Related Teams and Denim Suppliers, Updating Capability and Capacity of Laundries, Updating Wash Prices Regularly. As of 1st of August, 2023 I left H&M Group and established a consultancy company, called LIONA TEXTILE CONSULTANCY, together with a friend of mine, Ergül GÜNGÖR, who has worked as quality developer in H&M Group Turkey Production Office for 20 years and left H&M again 1 year ago due to her retirement.We, as the co-founders of LİONA TEXTILE CONSULTANCY, are aiming to reach closer to the textile industry with consultancy and sourcing services and to share our wide-ranging experience with business partners which are operating in several types of textile production in many parts of the world.
