Over 25 years I have been involved in engineering and facilities management of a mix of commercial, industrial and retail properties and large government, institutional and major corporate portfolios across Australia. I have worked for commercial property agencies Jones Lang LaSalle, Colliers International, Knight Frank, St. George Bank and CBRE. With the above commercial organisations I have held roles from engineering manager up to Technical Services director and as part of my role I have made strategic changes in these organizations resulting in improved efficiencies such as productivity gains, cost reductions including re structures. I have implemented training schemes, developed and implemented processes and procedures including setting up Maintenance contracts and Various Property audits.My strengths are in reviewing organisation structures, operational efficiencies and staff performances and developing and implementing programs to improve safety and operational efficiencies, achieve compliance, Reduce costs upskill and motivate staff to deliver my employer better profits, safe and compliant environment and highly motivated skilled staff. I have implemented outsourcing program of over $25m on a national portfolio and was the architect of a restructure of a National Portfolio achieving net saving of $250,000.00 pa.
