I started my career as a CA enthusiast by graduating from Assumption College in Bachelor of Commerce. The much wider scope and my interest in the subject of accounting made me take Post-Graduation from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Also, I started working with M/S Joseph & John Chartered Accountants, Changanacherry, Kerala as an article assistant for three years. To acquire more knowledge and skills in the field I am doing CA-IPCC course from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. To make my aspirations more efficient I took certain certifications like Information Technology Training Course (ITT) conducted by ICAI, Orientation Programme Course conducted by ICAI, certificate in Tally conducted by Dept. of Commerce and Captech - Assumption College, Changanacherry during the span of years 2014 to 2016. I have experience in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Concurrent Audit and Internal Audit of companies and non-profit organizations. I am also experienced in preparation of profits and loss account and balance sheet, analyzing and evaluating the accuracy of accounting system and procedure, preparation and filing (including e-filing) of required forms and returns with respective authorities. As an experience, it was a great exposure for me to go through the Statutory Audit and concurrent audit of banks.Presently looking forward for a responsible position as an accounting professional to enhance and leverage my experience and skills in areas like accounting, auditing and reconciliation gained through three years of articleship.
