I was inducted as a Management Trainee Officer in Allied Bank Limited. After attending the comprehensive classroom trainings and exams I was promoted to Banking Services Officer.My roles and responsibilities include:•Advising customers on accounts opening procedures and offering them various products and services in the light of State Bank of Pakistan. •Conducting KYCs and due diligence reviews on current and new customers periodically. •Retail banking operations •Preparing various monetary instruments •Demand drafts, pay orders and cheques management •Funds tranfer and cheques deposit, withdrawal and transfers•Inputing inward and outward clearing cheques•Supervision of banking operations and transactions •Maintaining Branch's overall health •Rectification of irregularities in the light of audit and compliance. •ATM operation and replenishment
