Depot Equipment Lead working at Maintenance Engineering department, responsible for:o Produce, Reviews and amends maintenance documentation packages for depot equipment.o Ensures maintenance documentation is followed and applied.o Reviews and updates maintenance intervals, derogations, repair authorizations, change orders and trials.o Validates significant changes to maintenance procedures & instructions and Maintenance plan through ACCA process.o Defining quantities of consumables and spares for system related items.o Monitors asset reliability and availability and analyses the production and system performance.o Assist with daily report explaining failures impacting service.o Provide advice regarding future requirements.o Lead the technical investigation and provide expertise to the production team when needed.o Ensures compliance with safety regulations and requirements.o Participates in management reviews for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 55001.o Lead for the depot equipment annual asset condition survey.o Assist with set up and updating of CMMS.

o Developing training plan for design engineers. (Regarding new CAD/CAE applications)o Participating in a team responsible for ISO TS 22163 (IRIS) quality management system establishment.o Participating in solving conflicts/enhancing the design of SEMAF's product "power coach" in cooperation with our main consultant Point North.o Participating in completion of design documentation of SEMAF's product "power coach" in cooperation with our main consultant Point North.o Participating in reviewing the layout for SEMAF factory after being modernized by our main consultant Point North.o Participating in the technical evaluation process of the newly purchased machines.o Participating in setting up/implementing PDM and PLM systems in cooperation with our IT consultant "IT Enterprises".

o Member of a committee responsible for reading, analyzing and extracting information from customer's technical requirements.o Participating in preparing a report with technical recommendations concerning our role in new projects based on customer's technical requirements.o Developing technical offers containing main technical characteristics (parameters) of final product based on customer's technical requirements.o Adapting, modifying or creating designs that fulfill customers' demands.o Performing the required calculations (manual calculations and/or FEA calculations using computer software) and analyzing results in order to verify (new or modified) designs.o Leading a technical team responsible for developing engineering drawings and any other technical documents required for final customer approval.o Leading a technical team responsible for developing engineering drawings and any other technical documents required for manufacturing process.o Responsible for communicating with suppliers (local and/or foreign) to discuss any technical clarifications concerning the required goods, sub-systems or materials supplied for the factory.o Responsible for communicating with partners (local and/or foreign) in order to clarify technical issues, exchange and share information related to our cooperation (and based on the scope of each partner in the project).o Direct communication with the workshop in order to rapidly solve any problem occurred during manufacturing the prototype.o Participate in testing process of the first prototype.
