- Design/Update organizational chart.- Agree with top management on the Organization Mission, Vision and Values to be able to align them to the HR system- Design a Competency Model Framework for the organization cascaded to a competency matrix for all positions.- Design Competency Based- job description for all positions across the organization based on the job analysis conducted with all positions.- Design grading and leveling structure based on the job weights per each position.- Design and Implement the salary structure based on the grading and leveling system.- Design performance management system for all position across the organization.- Conduct assessment centers for different positions across various industries whether for recruitment needs, promotion or development and training.- Supervise the training need analysis and assessing different training providers to deliver the required plan.- Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys for different clients.

- Planning for JOBMASTER Group business internally and externally.- Ensuring the quality of service provided, as well as the employee performance to be able to provide the development needed to reach the desired performance. - Study new projects and making its analysis to fit the market and to be an added value for our clients & for our solutions.- Promoting all the company services provided (recruitment and consultancy).- Researching and analyzing the market and competitors to improve and enhance the service provided.- Developing the existing services and creating a complete business solution in all human resource field for our clients.- Supervising and supporting the Business Development team.- Forecasting and planning for the department.- Setting the target for the department after discussing the plan with the top management. - Follow up for the department achievement.- Expanding business cooperation with existing clients to cover all HR Functions.

- Study all applied process and procedures for all the operation internally and indicate the gap for development and update the process to maximize the benefit for our services and resources. - Following up on the business process to make sure all procedures are on the right track and take any corrective actions required.- Supporting all business operation to have a systematic and well known reporting system including check points.- Setting all the training and development for the employees according to the training needs arises from the performance appraisal.- Ensuring the quality of service provided, as well as the employee performance to be able to provide the development needed to reach the desired performance. - Coordinate with any outside organizations for any cooperation or alliances. - Plan for any events and exhibitions. - Study new projects and making its analysis to fit the market and to be an added value for our clients & for our solutions.
