Manage and schedule the Rail maintenance for main line, depot, yards and workshop for line 1(Helwan/ EL Marg);Monitor and schedule all kinds of track works;Supervising the work of mechanical tamping and Regulating for the main line and Turnouts;Responsible for more than (150) employees at Track department;Coordination between track works and other systems. Supervising the upgrade project for line 1 and Tura workshop with Client;Participating in writing the proposed tenders to improve the railway capacity in lines 1&2 and studying the technical offers;Responsible for preparing yearly reports comparing the maintenance practices of the department with latest years.Responsible for Quality Assurance planning and plan execution.Implementing and maintaining quality programs and adhering to standard quality operational policiesQuality control and technical audit of work e.g. inspection, checking, controlling, carrying out technical check at different stages of works with ensuring adequacy in technical documentation, adherence to desired quality and compliance;Ensuring project compliance to codes and standards;Conducting process, product and quality management system internal audits.

Site Works: Supervising the rail construction at Main line and Depot such as (Turnout installation, FBW and Thermit welds, De-stressing works… etc.), Review the method of statement, following up the material delivery to site and progress of track works, coordinating with engineers of other sections, carrying out technical reports). QA/QC works: Reviewing specifications, material inspection (MIR), manual track geometry inspection, factory visit, site inspection, technical meeting, coordination with consultant and the Owner.

Railway track maintenance (Short term& Long-term maintenance planning, renewing and inspection, rail track condition monitoring, control the flow of the maintenance plan, ensure the availability of necessary maintenance equipment’s to achieve the maintenance goals, estimate the budget of maintenance works and evaluate annually and monthly performance of the staff;Manage and schedule the work of mechanical tamping of 44 Km double track and 105 Turnouts in line 1 (Helwan – New el Marg) in Cairo Metro;Execution of the raising efficiency of storage railway lines in EL Marg and also Helwan;Experience in operating ultrasonic track inspection equipment and also track geometry equipment; Management experience in supervising many track maintenance teams to carry out the maintenance activities;Monitor and schedule the attendance, performance and condition of team members from technicians for Track department to ensure fitness for duty and deal with day to day discipline;Experience in supervising the planned track engineering and maintenance activities to meet tight maintenance schedule during engineering possession hours (less than 4 hours per night).

Railway track maintenance (planning, renewing and inspection), Technical office woks (performing data analysis projects and engineering studies for technical decision making, writing tenders and studying the technical offers).

Teaching Assistance in Civil department and also Architecture department, teach Construction Management, Railway Engineering, surveying ,Topographic and Material.

-Prepare project drawings with material submission forms for projects.-Prepare the design studies for projects under pricing, taking into account the work of value engineering.-Preparation of implementation methods.-Prepare for the daily progress report.-Participate in the implementation of technical office policies and procedures.-Participate in resolving / reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the direct e-manager for discussion and solution.-Responsible for writing, updating and revising, Quality Plans, Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans based on the client requirements, specifications, test strategies and standards-Communicate with Technical and non-technical personnel within the organization, with regards to Quality issues, technical matters, and continual improvement.- Assist Project Teams identify Quality requirements and develop Project Quality Plans for projects.
