• Supervise, monitor and optimize Purchasing activities including Local and Foreign purchasing and ensure the acquisition of all goods, materials and services to fulfill the company needs ices rendered on time, with the best quality, price, delivery and best payment conditions under Company's Code of Ethics, Internal policies, SAP Manual and superior orientations, legislation and regulations currently in force, in the field of the environment, occupational health and quality. Follow up and update data base of local suppliers that meet the company's needs using SAP application, as well as update the suppliers blocking list for the unqualified suppliers. • Receive the company needs, Supervise and follow the process of direct local purchasing for the urgent daily needs, follow up needed preparation of acquisition proposals, perform Purchase Request Analysis, Negotiate with suppliers, review and check the evaluation of received proposals in regard of technical acceptance, quality, delivery conditions and payment terms, insure of maximum cost saving, Monitor and confirm data are introduced in SAP system and the PO is issued for approval. Supervise, monitor the purchase process after the PO is approved and the required actions to guarantee the conditions and the timetable established to ensure the smooth flow of purchasing process and the best compliance to company's rules. And guarantee fulfillment of the company needs,• Follow up updating the SAP System with data about the needs of services suppliers, the PO is issued and the copies are sent to superior and the finance area, controlling the payment is done to guarantee the payment to the suppliers services are made according the conditions establish .

Preparing Recommendations for capital expenditures.• Interface with procurement to ensure that all supplies, parts, and materials are available when required• Preparing annual maintenance budget and staying within that budget.• Ensure that employees observe safe work practices andPerform work assignments within company safety guidelines • Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained• Coordinate maintenance work with other departments to Enhance overall equipment efficiency and maximumProduction.• Work with maintenance coordinator to execute preventive and predictive maintenance program• Work with system engineer in improving the plant reliability• Assist maintenance manager in the development of the Maintenance budget and the tracking of expenses.• Provide the electrical design and execution of plant capital Projects.

• Responsible to prepare all planned activities that have to be executed by maintenance team, service companies or contractors. In that role, work closely with the Maintenance Staff team on the following tasks and responsibilities in order to reinforce the day-to-day preparation and job planning.• Add pertinent information to the work order, as required, to facilitate the comprehension of the execution team.• Define clearly the scope of work to be performed.• Establish the preparatory work required prior to scheduled equipment down time.• Develop a detailed job plan with all the work sequences involved to adequately complete the repairs, as well as equipment downtime and man-hours required.• Determine and list all the safety procedures associated with the work to be performed.• Develop a tool list specific to the job to be performed.• Provide a parts list with reference numbers and exact location for every work order and ensure that all required parts are in stock before job scheduling.• Ensure all technical specifications and special instructions are provided on paper to the Supervisor and tradesmen.• Determine the cost involved for parts and supplies for each work order.• Request all non-stock parts and materials as required by the job plan.• Inform the Maintenance Coordinator when a job is ready for scheduling.• Establish and maintain with the supervisors and the stores department, a system for proper storage of pre-works and parts for pending work.• Prepare annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting. Ensure shutdown plans fall within budgeted costs.

• Installation and troubleshooting of electrical equipment such as low/medium/voltage switchgear, transformers, motors and distribution systems.• Installation and troubleshooting of inverters & liquid and oil starters & Boilers and compressors& Lighting systems & generator and Air conditioning units.• Installation and troubleshooting of Motor control center (MCC)• Monitor Preventive/Predictive maintenance program and ensure timely resolution of all identified issues.　 • Identify and resolve chronic electrical asset concerns (bad actors) 　 • Develop and execute small projects for reliability improvement.　 • Assist in resolution planning for long-term electrical asset concerns (reliability threats).　 • Assess equipment performance data and ensure optimal and efficient performance.　 • Assist in Corrective-maintenance, Preventive-maintenance and/or Project cost estimation.　 • Assist in turnaround planning and execution.　 • Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process for major failures. 　 • Drive resolution of highest impact issues with a strong sense of urgency and integrity. 　 • Experience with installation and troubleshooting of electrical equipment such as low/medium/high voltage switchgear, transformers, motors and distribution systems.　 • Understanding of control and instrumentation systems in an industrial manufacturing environment.
