- manage the technical teams responsible to deliver Projects, Innovation, daily tasks and proper tool maintenance to the customer- Develop, deploy and implement plans to ensure the best utilization of assets in the sites as well as supervise and give guidance on the maintenance of such assets- Manage & Develop skills for the technical teams responsible to deliver Projects, Innovation, and Services to the customer - Lead the Innovation implementation on the site, looking for best alternatives/options to deliver job with excellent SQ.- Capital budget preparation and management (Capex)- Create and implement plans to continuously improve site infrastructure by Kaizen events and applying 5s rules- Coach and develop the human resources across the site on technical and technology issues.- Manage the planned projects, planned maintenance , planned overhauling and innovation budgets- Work collaboratively with R&M manager to improve site and production efficiencies and reduce waste- Spare parts stock management and control inventory level in country- Manage all site assets and responsible for asset register- Ensure that procedures are followed and formal competency for the team - Supporting operation within region in Dubai, Oman, Saudi & Iraq

Lead the LWD shop team to ensure executing daily plans that help to deliver operation demands on timely mannerFollow up on asset in repairs and do the needful to turn them around that maximize asset valueEnsure to meet HSE & SQ plans Inventory planning for upcoming operations to ensure proper coverage

Repair & maintain LWD sensors as per the repair process. Execute PM schedules to ensure premium SQQualifying LWD strings before sending for a job and run in hole

Installation and maintenance of digital & analog photocopiers and fax machines (Ricoh, Sharp, Konica, and Océ).- Install new machines in the field and connect them to the network.- Responsible for implementing & monitoring the preventive maintenance operation.- Provide all the necessary services to support and optimize the production and retail sales operation.
