Responsible for the successful execution of the project through the proper coordination of the activities of all project team members, maintain proper communication with all team members i.e. owner representative, consultant and contractors, responsible for resolution of any problem, direct overview of the work performed by the construction manager and the project engineer. Participating with other departments in finalizing the management plan and packaging strategy and the award of the packages to subcontractors.Oversee and review the implementation of Project Control Tools such as Project Schedules, RFI logs, Submittal Logs, Change Order Logs, Payment Status, QA/ QC Logs, Safety Reports, Cash Flow Curve, Manpower Curve, Productivity Measures and risk management log.Conduct weekly meetings with all departments and with the subcontractors.Closely monitor the progress on site with the site team.
