What happened?In the first 15 years of my career, I climbed the corporate ladder at Procter & Gamble and Mars Inc., where I managed over $300 million in capital industrial projects across Belgium, Nigeria, Egypt, and the UAE, which I now call home. These years shaped my expertise in operations, regional change management, and Fortune 100 standards, preparing me for my next venture.2014: Driven by a vision, I left the corporate world to found Munchbox, the region’s pioneering healthy FMCG food tech brand.Over the last decade, we transformed Munchbox from a niche online brand into a regional powerhouse. Starting with snacks, we expanded into five additional product categories, securing shelf space in over 2,000 retail locations across the GCC. We built everything from scratch—developing proprietary recipes, establishing in-house packaging and manufacturing, and creating a multi-channel distribution network that includes D2C, B2B, and retail partnerships.This resulted in tripling company top line twice, in the last 3 years.Our journey caught the attention of CNN, Dubai TV, Khaleej Times, and others, highlighting our success and impact in the industry.Following Munchbox’s successful acquisition by one of the largest food companies in the Middle East, I now focus on helping other businesses achieve their growth potential.
