I have an associate's degree in Aviation / Airway Management and Operations from Etihad Airways Academy, where I learned the fundamentals of the aviation industry and the role of cabin crew. I have been working as a Cabin Crew at Etihad Airways since Feb 2015, leading and supporting a team of cabin crew members to ensure the satisfaction, safety, and comfort of passengers on board.In my current role, I am responsible for checking the cabin before take-off, giving the safety presentation, serving food and beverages, answering questions, offering assistance, and handling any emergencies that may arise during the flight. I use my skills in Microsoft Office, team leadership, and team management to coordinate with the flight crew, the ground staff, and the passengers effectively and efficiently.
