Responsibilities & Skills: Review contract documents. Estimate MEP trades during pre-construction. Prepare and Review all submittals and shop drawings and ensure that they properly relate to tender documents.  Assist planning department with developing detailed schedules for all MEP activities. Represent company in weekly meeting with owner, architect, and engineers. Coordinating and managing the MEP Activities on major construction projects to ensure successful completion of scope with lowest cost and less duration. Evaluate and check material take-off. Supervise, guide, and lead site staff, labors and Sub-contractors to obtain best productivity. Excellent understanding of all mechanical Systems and BMS Good understanding electrical and low-voltage systems. Excellent experience in coordination and erection of equipment and services at Plant rooms, Utility rooms, LV rooms…etc. Excellent experience in TAB. Ensure that work done as per authority requirements (civil defense, municipality, and water and electricity authority). Ensure that all works carried out safely.
